1. No Return Policy

Because all items sold on YallaTopup are digital and instantly delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered, viewed, or redeemed.

  • All sales are considered final once the digital code or item is delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund or replacement may only be issued under the following circumstances:

Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by:

  • Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchase.

Your request must include:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., screenshot or confirmation email)
  • A clear description of the issue

Once your claim is received, our team will review and verify the issue. If approved, the refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.


4. Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked as delivered and the product is accessible or visible to the customer, it is considered successfully completed and non-refundable unless proven defective.
